SKPHost Web Solution provides web hosting to clients worldwide, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available.SKPHost Provides Shared,Reseller,Master Reseller,Alpha Reseller Hosting Plans All clients of SKPHost Web Solution are subject to the following terms of service & FUP Policy


Account Setup & Emaill

We will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. We disclaim any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by us and our employees.

We will setup your account after we have received payment and we and/or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) incase of fraud. It is Your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under. If there is ever an abuse issue or we need to contact you the primary email address on file will be used to do so. It is Your responsibility to ensure the email address on file is current or up to date at all times. The individual or entity set out in our records as the primary billing contact shall be the owner of the account.


Disk Space and Bandwidth

customer will be provided with the amount of disk space and bandwidth stated in their quote or plan from SKPHost. Disk space usage and bandwidth usage are monitored by SKPHost and will be provided to the client to use at their leisure. Customers are responsible for purchasing additional disk space or bandwidth beyond that detailed in their “Plan” or to remove files and stop network usage in order to bring their usage with their Plan’s limit. Bandwidth is allocated as on your disk size. In one month you may use a extra 5% of your quota, however continued heavy usage of this will require an upgrade or extra usage fees.


Data migration

SKPHost provides migration assistance for shared and managed clients. You can migrate your data quickly to our servers. You have to open a support ticket with access to the old server for migration.


Domain Name Registration


You cannot register a domain name that is similar to a trademarked domain/a domain similar to a brand and is engaged in a business providing similar goods or services. Any person trying to register such domain name will be held liable for infringement of Trademark.


We will send you reminders to renew your domain one month before the expiry. For failure or delay in the renewal of a domain, we are not responsible.Once a domain is renewed no refunds will be given.


No refund is applicable once the domain is registered.


Backups and Data Loss


Your use of the service is at your sole risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. Otherwise If You want to keep your Data safe with us then you have to buy our Backup feature at Additional Extra Cost.


You as a SKPHost User agree that in no case, SKPHost can be held responsible for the loss of data in any circumstances.


Clients who have subscribed for paid backup service with shared and reseller hosting plans. For such clients, we take daily backup of database with retention period of 7 days. Website backup will be taken weekly with retention period of 1 day.


Money Back guarantee


The money back guarantee is applicable for new clients only. New orders from existing clients do not qualify for our money back guarantee program. You can request a refund if you place a cancellation request within the period of days covered by your service's money back guarantee. Different services have different money back guarantee terms, Our Refund Policy you can see.


The cron timing will be on 2:00 AM As per the IST Its the cron time the invoice generation,Service Cancellation,Suspension,Termination,Late Fee Addition will be Done


Maintenance


SKPHost may temporarily suspend all service for the purpose of repair, maintenance or improvement of any of its systems, or whatever it deems necessary to maintain adequate services. However, SKPHost shall provide prior notice within 24 hours for all maintenance. Failure to provide prior notice on our part does fall under our SLA. Invalid rDNS records may be removed in our own discretion.


Copyright


SKPHost is not responsible for copyright infringements caused by what the Customer hosted on SKPHost servers. if any customer will violate the copyright terms the account will be suspended and no refund will be provided.

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A ₹3000.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. ADDITIONALLY, SKPHost Web Solution WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.


Pornographic Material


Pornographic material is not allowed to be hosted on our hosting services. if any client found to be doing so will be canceled immediately upon discovery and reported to the proper authorities.


Suspension and Termination

SKPHost will suspend any Hosting Services after 7 days of non-payment. After 5 days of non-payment, Web Hosting will be terminated along with all data, IP addresses, and other information. Repeated failure to pay invoices with termination will lead to account termination and a refusal of service.


Cancellation of Services


At any point of time, you wish to discontinue our services, you can place the cancellation request through your client area.

It is your responsibility to backup all your data before you place the cancellation request. Once you place the cancellation request all your data from our server will be deleted and it cannot be retrieved nor restored.


Server Abuse


Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of SKPHost is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.


Refusal of Service


We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion. All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of SKPHost must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.


Billing


By the Account Activation Date of each month, SKPHost Web Solution shall either:


Debit The client’s credit card (when such information has been provided by the client)


Deliver, by e-mail or regular mail, an invoice in accordance with the applicable Service Fees for services rendered for the current month. When an invoice is delivered to the client, payment shall be remitted to SKPHost by no later than the specified payment due date. SKPHost shall be entitled to immediately terminate this agreement for client’s failure to make timely payments. You will be provided with an invoice on a monthly basis. All credit cards are billed automatically on a monthly basis. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover this transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, we will send an e-mail notification, at which point we will need to be provided with another credit card account number within 24 hours. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the account, and all accounts under that account plan, will be suspended.


if you don’t pay your Invoice on its Date your service will be suspended and late fees will be added and within next 7 day you cant pay your service will be Terminated


Service Fees


Certain services carry a setup fee charged by SKPHost to client, which must be paid by client in order to have use of said services. If client terminates this agreement, client shall be responsible for any and all outstanding fees owed to SKPHost and agrees to pay any and all fees incurred by client. Because the services are provided on a monthly basis, the client will be responsible for service fees incurred each month, regardless of when client provides notice of termination. Thus, for example, if the client provides notice of termination on the 7th day of a particular month, the client will be responsible for service fees for the entire month, and such fees will not be pro-rated or refunded.


PHP File's


PHP file's uploaded in attempt to steal root access will be logged and may result in a loss of hosting with no refund payment.


License's


if any condition Your IP Address Blocked Then Wait 24 Hours for Ip Address release.

No refund is applicable on license registered.


Zero Tolerance Spam Policy


We take a zero tolerance stance against sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam. “Safe lists”, purchased lists, and selling of lists will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out spam will have their account terminated with notice.


Price Changes


We reserve the right to change prices listed on our partners, and the right to increase the amount of resources given to plans at any time without any notice.


Changes to the TOS


SKPHost reserves the right to these terms are subject to change at anytime without notice.
