Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
General Principles
Use services responsibly, legally, and in good faith.
Customers are solely responsible for their content, apps, and activities.
Company may investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts violating this AUP.
Prohibited Activities
Illegal Content: No pirated software, warez, copyrighted material, or unlawful content.
Security Violations: No hacking, brute force, exploits, trojans, or viruses.
Email Abuse: No spam, phishing, fake login pages, or fraud schemes.
Resource Abuse: No excessive CPU/RAM/bandwidth that harms others.
Prohibited Content: No CSAM, extremist propaganda, scams, hate speech, or violence.
Service-Specific Restrictions
Shared Hosting: No file vaults, warez, proxies, or media archiving. Email limited (200/hour).
Reseller Hosting: Resellers are responsible for end-customer compliance. Sub-account abuse may suspend entire account.
VPS/Dedicated: Customers must manage security & updates. Pirated software not allowed.
Email Services: Bulk/marketing emails must comply with anti-spam laws and include unsubscribe links.
Security & Monitoring
Company may monitor logs, traffic, and activity for abuse prevention.
Outbound emails may be scanned for spam/malware.
Customers must promptly respond to abuse/security reports.
Enforcement & Penalties
Violations may lead to warnings, suspensions, or permanent termination.
Refunds are not issued for terminated accounts.
Severe abuse may result in blacklisting from future services.
Company may cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Customer Responsibilities
Keep all CMS, plugins, and software updated.
Use strong passwords and enable MFA when possible.
Maintain your own backups; Company is not responsible for customer data loss.
Updates to AUP
Company may revise this AUP at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
